To satisfy both parties in a business transaction, the valuation must be fair for the prospective buyer and achieve the desired price for the seller.

Your Business Worth

First, we determine how much the business is worth by calculating financial metrics that reflect business profits in the sale price

Business Analysis

Analyzing the number of transactions, location, traffic counts, income level, and potential ways to enhance the business value

Sales Analysis

A statistical calculation and analysis of the average sales data your business generates compared to competitors in the industry to assess performance


These are the numbers that matter and involves preparing financials with your accountant to share accurate adjusted profit and loss statements with the buyers.


I develop an executive summary of the business that clearly and concisely summarizes the key points to provide an overview that will help a buyer compose an offer

Marketing Strategy

Create a marketing strategy that targets specific buyer groups who are interested in acquiring similar businesses

Offer Assessment

Receive and compare offers, and negotiate where necessary, after which a 30 to 120 window is allowed for verification


Contracts are signed and all other critical documents like permits, vendor lists, lease agreements, etc. are readied for the transition

Sign Off

We close the deal. Sign the final contract and begin the handover transition. I employ a meticulous process to ensure no areas are overlooked or forgotten


The deal is complete and you have concluded the process. It's time to celebrate, and on my part, I start a 3-5 year business cycle projection and analysis.
